[PYTHON] I made an Ansible-installer

I found yyuu / pyenv-installer when I put python in relation to Ansible I thought that it would be easy if I made it in the same way when I added ansible, so I made it.

I just made it, so please do it at your own risk. (Kiri !!)

Notes

I am using pyenv-installer to install Python. If you are already using pyenv, please note that python 2.6.9 will be installed. global will also be 2.6.9.
