Switch to command mode: esc Switch to edit mode: enter
Command mode shortcut keys Add new cell: B Move up and down cells: ↑ ↓ Show list of shortcut keys: H
Edit mode shortcut key Move up and down in cell: Command + ↑ ↓ Execute: Ctrl + Enter Stop: Esc
This alone has made the work much easier.
