[PYTHON] Install PyTorch
I'm addicted to it many times, so I'll keep a record so I don't forget it.
When installing PyTorch
--Do not install PyTorch from the Anaconda Navigator GUI! ――Be sure to see https://pytorch.org/!
Then, at "INSTALL PYTORCH", make a selection that suits your environment, and copy and paste the character string "Run this Command:" to execute it.
Failure so far
--No torchvision --Install torchvision directly with conda --The version does not match PyTorch --PyTorch is not compiled with CUDA --Install cudatoolkit directly with conda --The version does not match
