[PYTHON] Qiita's popular programming language

Qiita's popular programming language is as follows. It's very different from the TIOBE Index's Popular Programming Languages.

Ruby is number one in terms of posts, and JavaScript is number one in number of followers. Most of the languages I work at work are Java and C #, but as a hobby, lightweight languages such as Ruby and JavaScript seem to be more popular.

Objective C has a small number of posts, but Swift seems to be popular. Is it easy to use?

Regarding the relationship between the number of posts and followers, overall, the number of followers is much larger than the number of posts. But Go and Bash are more interesting because they have more posts. Ruby also has more followers, but considering the ratio to the number of posts, the number of posts is large and there are quite a lot of "writers".
