[PYTHON] What to do if `pip install matplotlib` fails on Mac

I got an error that ftheader.h could not be found, but when I ran the following command and then installed it again, it succeeded.

sudo ln -s /usr/X11/include/freetype2/freetype /usr/X11/include/
