Try installing python on Windows. It may be pointed out that the order is usually the reverse of the previous article, but I don't care too much.
Go to the python site and drop the installer. There are many, but I think the one that says web-based is probably fine.
Launch the installer. Since it will be added to the environment variable, check the check box surrounded by the red frame.
Dance and wait for the installation to complete.
If you do well, the installation will probably be completed. I missed the screenshot.
Start a command prompt. Then type python --version and you should see a screen like the one below.
