It's a complete note. It will be implemented on other PCs, so I will add it when it occurs. It happened on a Macbook that I haven't touched for a while.

I did a lot of things, so I didn't know what I heard after all, but at least the following were effective.
--Updated OS to the latest macOS Big Sur (I forgot the original OS ...) --Updated to XCode 12
If it is reproduced on another machine, I will add it.
PyEnv BUILD installation failed Python MacOS
Install Python 3.9.0, 3.8.6 on macOS Big Sur using pyenv
If pyenv Python cannot be installed on macOS Big Sur
Set up a clean Python environment using pyenv/pyenv-virtualenv/Anaconda
