Create a playground with Xcode 12

In Xcode12, "Get started with a playground" has disappeared from the Welcome to Xcode screen, and "Open a project or file" has been added instead.

Even if you select "Create a new Xcode project", there is no playground item.

I was able to create a playground by operating the image below with the existing project open.
