Some modules such as cuda, dnn, matlab, plot, stereo, tracking didn't exist in my OpenCV3 Python environment and didn't seem to work. My environment is Anaconda with OpenCV installation binary for Python (http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#opencv opencv_python-3.1.0+contrib_opencl-cp35-cp35m-win32.whl) I just installed it in, so if I do the Python bindings myself, it may be solved. I will try this one soon.
