Well, to put it simply, it's an implementation of a new service that my big brother is trying to create. We will call it ** HE ** below. HarmonyEngine, commonly known as ** HE **, is a prototype name for ** a new service ** to discover talented creators who are usually buried. My brother says, but I haven't got a good overview so far.
