Pclinuxos64-kde5 Japanese setting

Pclinuxos64-kde5-2019.11 introduced earlier I had a little trouble with the Japanese setting.

Japanese keyboard cannot be set. Japanese input ibus is not reflected. Forcibly install ibus-qt4 on KTerm The keyboard settings could be reflected with this command. localectl set-keymap jp106
