J'ai eu cette erreur.
$ git remote -v
Quand je l'ai confirmé avec, il était connecté à un endroit étrange.
Donc,
git remote set-url heroku {https://git.heroku.com/nom de l'application.git}
Je l'ai changé. Cela a fonctionné.
