[PYTHON] Added Theme to Pelican Blog

Add Theme to the Pelican blog.

A list can be found at Pelican Themes.

Other than this, if it is in Font Awesome, it's OK But I have to add background to Flex's css. In my case, I didn't have an Instagram icon, so I added it.
