[Career since joining the company]

From April to June, it was decided to be assigned to the operation department on the day of the entrance ceremony. Start of meaningless training for 3 months.

I honestly thought "What?" I didn't understand the meaning because I joined the company with the desire to develop a system. The training was mostly self-study. It is a waste of time.

July-November: Resident destination decided.

Server maintenance work for financial systems.

For the time being, it's not worth it.

Both the assignment gacha and the project gacha were lost. It may be good for some people, but I personally miss it because I had something I wanted to do in anticipation of career advancement in 5 to 10 years.

I'm not interested in server maintenance. I think it's just a chore. I don't think you can acquire the technology even if you do it as it is.

When I thought about what I wanted to do and my career advancement, I decided that it would be effective to change jobs to a place where I could develop a system.
