[PYTHON] Aiming to acquire E qualification ~ Part 1

E I am posting irregularly to get my qualification.

Status

--Reading Chapters 1 to 7 of Deep Learning from scratch, Chapter 8 halfway --Learning Chapter 2 of Deep Learning from scratch --Take the JDLA certification program course as appropriate. Start the task.

Impressions

I started working to broaden the range of engineers, but it's more difficult than I expected. I started from a state where I understood (I don't have a G test) somehow, so I'm doing a series with zero to understand the whole feeling. A month ago, I made a plan according to the content of the course, but realized that it didn't make much sense, so I tried everything first. I'm trying to flesh out each detail later. (I think it matches for now)
