[PYTHON] [AWS IoT] Delete certificates that are not attached to things

Purpose

In AWS IoT, delete the certificate that is not attached to the thing. For when you have created a large number of unnecessary certificates.

Remarks

• If you can use it, please do so at your own risk.
• There is no need to worry about the certificate attached to the device being deleted. (Because forceDelete = False is set in delete_certificate ())
• Not attached to things = Not necessarily unnecessary, so If you're using AWS IoT with multiple people, it's a good idea to check with other users before deleting.
