Introduction

In recent years, we have considered it due to the digitization of the whole country. I've considered several companies, but it doesn't come to my mind. .. .. I'm using Microsoft Teams now, but it came with Microsoft 365 for free. It's never easy to use and hard to understand. I see some online articles that make this tool easy to use, but I can't swallow it. After suffering from worries, I decided to make my own. This article is a memorandum at the time of its construction.

So I said that updates are irregular, and that you shouldn't ask for accuracy, legibility, and clarity. While writing an article and making my own, I search for a tool that can be used, so development may be interrupted as soon as it is found.

The person who is writing

I am the president of a company that sells measuring equipment in Kyoto. Although it is small, we sell equipment with several employees.

Originally, as a mechanical designer, I mainly design equipment, but I can't avoid talking about equipment systems at work, so I can talk about everything. I'm also interested in the operation system, and I see and hear from the perspective of whether it can be made more efficient, so I actually touch and try it. I have also made a desktop application.

Basically, it is based on the combination of existing free contents and free libraries. Never be a "reinventing the wheel". However, we may not be able to investigate and make our own, but if you respect or contact us, we may try to incorporate it.

Concept

I'm thinking of using Wordpress from the perspective of user management and access level management. It would be great if various tools could function as plug-ins. If I can do it so far, I think that I have considerable skill, so I would like to leave that level to a professional and specialize in the touch part.

In the beginning ... what do you want to make?

Since the basic system is an in-house system, the following is a list of things that can be systematized in the part currently managed by Excel, or with hope. The order is as required, but it may change slightly depending on the situation. (1) Daily business report (2) Labor management (3) Cost control (4) Inquiry management (5) Order management (6) Task schedule management  (7) ToDo (8) Business trip application (9) Work report (10) Estimate management There are so many items that I'm worried about how much I can do. Therefore, we cannot set a target schedule for completion.
