[PYTHON] Detect app releases on the App Store

Purpose: I want to detect a release

This is the App Store version of Detect Google PlayStore Updates.

Action: Compare and detect update dates

appstore_util

How to use

# Twitter
./release_detector.py -u 'https://itunes.apple.com/jp/app/twitter/id333903271?l=ja&mt=8'

If so, the first detection will display Detected, and if there is an update in the second and subsequent runs, it will be displayed as Released !. The team runs regularly on Jenkins to hook the notification script to Hipchat. If you can do the same thing with Hubot, it will be smoother.
