Remedies for ibus missing symptoms On kde ibus-daemon autostart
Open Ibus-Preferences (Press yes and start the daemon) When Ibus-preferences window opens do not close it.
Now goto application menu and search Input Method. Open it. It will show a msg just press ok and then on the 2nd msg press yes to update it. Then select Ibus and press ok. You're done.
Then goto application menu -> auto start-> add (ibus-daemon)
