to complete the writing.
Remove the SD card, insert it in the Raspberry Pi, and start it.
Turn on the power and start it.

/usr/bin/rootfs-expand
And extend it to the maximum.
Next, if you are using a Japanese keyboard, change the layout.

After the change, check the contents with localectl

After that, disable kernel's update before </ b> disabling SELinux or updating the package.
If you run the package update as it is, the kernel will also be updated, and for some reason ʻeth0will disappear and you will not be able to connect to the network.
lspci` is not included by default, and even if it is included, it does not recognize anything, so it gets stuck.
If this is x86, I'm not sure what to say.
So I will exclude it.
Specifying the option every time will definitely cause omissions, so write it in dnf.conf
.
Add a line to /etc/dnf/dnf.conf

excludepkgs=kernel*
With this, it is safe and secure even if you dnf update
.
