A story that I thought I didn't throw away my life

Introduction

Hello. My name is Takapee.

This is the story of how I became independent as a freelance programmer and received a large offer from a monthly income of 5,000 yen in just over three years. I was blessed with good encounters without any connections and technology, and I was able to come here. Thank you for your life. If you are interested, please read it.

Basic specifications

Gender: Male Age: Alafor Education: For the time being, the former emperor When I started programming in earnest: Late 30s Habitat: Fukuoka

The last company I worked for

The last company I worked for was an environmental consultant in Tokyo. There, I worked as an auxiliary work for river and lake flow analysis and data analysis. Originally, I was studying numerical analysis at university, so I bought it and decided to work for this company. However, before I worked at this company, I worked part-time at a delicatessen shop, so my life is not smooth sailing. .. .. For the time being, the job was interesting, but I was overwhelmed and sick and decided to quit. I'm sorry for the company. From long ago, I've been trying too hard, and I feel like I've been repeating the process of taking two steps if I'm sick. It's a reflection.

Immediately after leaving the company

I thought about quitting the company and getting a new job, but I thought I would quit because I was forced to quit, so I decided to take the plunge and become independent as a freelancer. I've always liked computers, so I decided to become a freelance programmer. However, he is just a man in his late thirties who has no skills, just saying that he is independent. From here, the path of hardship began.

For the time being, try an interview

While studying programming, I decided to have an interview. For the time being, when I registered with Rikunabi or codeIQ (now moffers), I received an email from the agent. Then I had to meet with some agents. But, of course, there shouldn't be a good job for an Alafor man with no skills, and most were for dispatched programmers. All full-time job vacancies have dropped.

Register with CrowdWorks

Well, I wondered what happened, but the dispatched programmer did not hear good rumors, so I decided not to apply. Then, I decided to register with CrowdWorks and study programming steadily while doing a small job. From here, the debt life begins. At first, I was working on screen design, but it took me a month to work for 5,000 yen. The monthly income is 5,000 yen. Even after that, I spent a month doing tens of thousands of yen, and the work I had done was lost. And, before I knew it, nearly two years had passed.

turning point

I had been doing small jobs for almost two years, but one day I had a good encounter. It is a job of software development related to data analysis. There was a part that overlapped with my previous job, and the hourly wage was good for that time (at a level where I could live a minimum cultural life), so I decided to apply. Then I was hired and started this job.

One year later

It's been almost a year since I started the work I received. And the software has been made to the point where the division is good. Around that time, I received the next request from this client. Now it's time to develop a data analysis support tool. I will do this job. By this time, I was able to manage to live like a normal person. It's like a dream compared to when I had a monthly income of 5,000 yen. I may have managed to become independent as a freelance programmer.

And now

Almost a year has passed. It's Alafor. The work of data analysis support tools is still ongoing. And, to my delight, I was able to receive a large offer from Rikunabi and Visional. My main job is software development and data analysis. Three years ago, I couldn't believe that I only got a temporary job. I am grateful to the client for my current job. After all, I thought it was important to meet.

Looking back

For the time being, this is my movement in the last few years. The job offer was also received from a major company that everyone knows. Such a major company thought that only people could enter the excellent grades of the University of Tokyo and Kyoto University, so it was a culture shock as to why the offer came to me. However, from a different point of view, I thought that the fact that an offer would come to such a person was not something I had abandoned in my life. After studying as such, I wondered if I could manage to crawl up if I had a good encounter. If you are studying programming, please do not give up and get a good encounter. Excuse me.
