[PYTHON] When Anaconda Navigator (Mac) does not start

Anaconda Navigator does not start

I downloaded and installed the installer from the official website to try using Anaconda (Mac), but I tried to start it from the application, but it was forcibly terminated. The situation did not change even after reinstalling, so when I started it from the command line, I got the following error

binstar_client.errors.BinstarError: ~/.continuum/anaconda-client: Permission denied

So, when I started it using `` `Sudo```, I was able to execute it safely.
