After graduating from programming school in July, I'm now able to make simple apps in Ruby, but at first it didn't work out.

After doing all the Progate, I did the HTML dojo edition for the first time to test my skills. And I was in despair. (Lol)
For the first time in programming "It's really difficult ???" It is the moment when I felt.
Taking this opportunity, the number of times I sit in front of my computer has decreased.
This is a typical setback pattern.
However, I couldn't give up my thoughts on programming, and four months after the setback I also restarted Progate.
This time it was winter vacation, so I had a lot of time, so I studied programming almost every day by myself for a month or two.
But as I went along, I noticed. "If you study by yourself, you can't beat someone who goes to a programming school." In that.
Looking at Twitter, "You can take a project by yourself" or "You can become an engineer by yourself" Because, I feel like it's been said quite a bit.
If you look at such things, "Even if you study by yourself, you shouldn't go unexpectedly." I think it's easy.
I think it is possible. But in my personal opinion, going to school is a great way to grow and gain more. Also, the probability of getting a job and becoming an engineer will definitely increase if you go to school.
It's easy to understand if you take sports as an example.
For example, suppose you have a child who attends a tennis school and a child who does not attend a tennis school but plays tennis.
The child who goes to the tennis school Every day, I practice and play games with my friends in a good environment while being taught by the manager / coach. If the form is strange or you try a new play, you will be taught from the basics.
On the other hand, children who have not gone to tennis school I will continue to hit the wall while watching videos of people who are good at tennis and explanation videos every day. It's hard for me to notice even if it's a strange form.
Now, let's say these two players play a match. As you all know, there are children who haven't gone to school The odds of winning will be very low.
That's right. The practice environment is better at school, and you can get guidance. Furthermore, the tennis videos seen by children who are not in school can also be used as a reference for children who are in school.
I think the same thing can be said for the world of programming schools.
That's why programming schools are worth going.

But when I go to school, I feel like I don't want to lose it, so I think it's easier to continue. The school also has a system to keep students going.
