Introduction

Why choose python

There is a lot of dogmatism and prejudice,

Simple language set ――It is not life to be able to write as short as a spell like a certain language. ――Still, the amount of code to write is small and it is neat. ――Do not use many symbols like in a certain language. --Don't hold down the Shift key while writing code.
Low learning cost. --The grammar as a language set is relatively simple and intuitive. ――You can learn difficult writing later. ――You can read the grammar book later. Let's do this course first. --Even if you read the Django framework and the sources of various Python packages --There are few difficult writing styles that make full use of language specifications. --You can read it unexpectedly even if you are not the maintainer.

Why choose Django

It's a full-stack framework written in Python. ――You have everything you need. --The template doesn't bring that, and the DB access doesn't bring that. ――Of course, there are modules to extend, but the basics are completed only with Django.
ORM --Object Relational Mapping Good object relational mapping. --You can even write no SQL line for DB access.
The management site is great. ――Django doesn't have scaffold, but the management site is excellent (details will be explained in the course) --Data input and data verification can be performed only on the management site. ――Production costs go down, especially when making prototypes.

Outline of the course

In the "mobile first" era, we want to develop people who can create back-end development for smartphone applications with Django.

The flow of the course is as follows.

Python, Django development environment construction
Define a parent-child DB model in Django.
Maintain the DB model at the management site.
Write Django's CRUD.
Use Bootstrap.
Make a smartphone backend. (Create an API that returns JSON)

Learning target

Java or PHP is intended for those who have experience in development other than Python, although they have done it before.
Some UNIX-like knowledge may be required. In that case, ask someone around you for help.

Machine used

The main story is based on Mac.

Mac OS X is a UNIX machine with a Mac GUI.
The terminal, not the command prompt, is really a UNIX terminal.
Various UNIX commands can be used in their original state.
Since UNIX source code can be compiled as it is, UNIX tools can be operated as it is, and it has a high affinity for Web development.

Mac is recommended for web development.

However, I think that many people are using Windows, so I will explain each of Windows and Mac in the environment construction part.
