Blender 2.8, Python Cube, Lighting, Camera Circumference

This time the theme is camera movement. Youtube video "Blender 2.8 Set Up a Camera Rig and Animate On A Path" that introduces camera movement along the circumference This (up to 6m50sec in the first half) is made into a Python script.
