[PYTHON] I was in trouble because I couldn't push with heroku

error: failed to push some refs to 'https://git.heroku.com/app name.git'

I got the error.

After checking the log in "Activity" on the management screen of heroku,

Pillow I was angry because it didn't contain In requirements.txt

Pillow==6.2.1

It was fixed when I added.
