[PYTHON] [xgboost error] Cannot find XGBoost Libarary in the candicate path, did you install compilers and run build.sh in root path

At first, when I piped, I got an error, and I wrote that I should make it, but I didn't want to make it, so I looked it up. Conclusion When I put a new gcc, it passed pip.

brew install gcc@5
pip install xgboost
