Introduction

Everything tends to be a three-day priest, and I forget what I was doing. I would like to use Qiita as an output location. It may not be technically helpful to anyone, When new engineers see it and find it difficult and painful I can manage to work even with such a stupid person, so I'd be happy if I could encourage myself to do my best.

Make a note so that you do not forget your original intention

The year changed, and I was inspired by the trend of Qiita with many articles for newcomers. It was written that the output was important, so I decided to store information in Qiita, which I had only been watching for a long time. It is a memorandum for myself who is forgetful.

As an engineer, I don't have much time for myself, so This year, I want to be able to learn various things and have fun.

Half-year goal

In this term, who seems to be in a long span, so on a minimum scale

Make friends with engineers

I started as an engineer at the current company in July of last year, and although I am still a newcomer, there is no one who can work hard from the same perspective because I have no involvement with engineers other than work. (My previous job was in a different industry, and the university is not an information system, so I talk about programming = talking to people in the company) The people in the company are kind and kind, and there are many inexperienced people, I want friends who can frank private and technical stories!

I was jealous of some people who said that having such friends would make it easier to maintain motivation.

I would like to participate in study sessions and see if I can expand my network.

Set up a wed server and application server at home

When I consulted with a company employee who wanted to study, I was told that it was from here. When the deliverable is actually completed and I want to publish it, I would like to consider aws as the next step.

First of all, I want to put VMWare in my home PC and set up a server with Linux.

Try running a wed app that runs on java on a server

I want to run the app when the server starts up. The content of the app is simple, so I want to set up a server, create an application, build, deploy, and test the whole process by myself. If you can afford it, I would like to touch on the java framework.

Try tasting languages other than java

I have been using java since my training at the time of joining the company, and I have no knowledge of other languages. I want to find out what is good to remember and just touch out what suits my skin.

I'm interested in PHP and Python, so I'd like to focus on those areas.

Promote smart home at home using Google Home and Alexa

The coat color changes a little, but ... Google Home, which I only use to check the weather I bought, If I suddenly start laughing, I'm scared, so I want to use Alexa, who has unplugged the power.

I think I bought a learning remote control quickly, but I found how to make a learning remote control on Qiita, so while considering making my own I want to be able to live a better life without having to look for a TV remote control.

at the end

As mentioned above, the university major is not information-related (it was biological). My previous job was also unrelated to programming.

I'm having a hard time quitting a lot of things, but it's a lot of fun to learn new things. There will be many unnecessary parts. You might say something wrong. If you are a veteran, you will make mistakes that you wouldn't even think of.

Still, it's so much fun right now and I'm trying hard to learn a lot of things. I will write it down here so as not to forget that feeling.

I like when I'm thinking about how to implement it rather than what to make. First of all, I will do my best in the first half of the year!
