[LINUX] Restore icons on Gnome that disappeared during Ubuntu 18-> 20 upgrade

A bug I encountered when upgrading from Ubuntu 18 to 20. Installing gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons will fix it.

sudo apt install gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons

Gnome can be reloaded with Alt + F2 r.
