[LINUX] Registration-free Distortion Correction of Diffusion Weighted MRI ~ Implementation of Synb0-DisCo ~

Purpose

1. Distortion correction like FSL TOPUP even for diffusion data that does not capture two types of Phase Encoding
2. Implemented Synb0-DisCo to realize 1.
