[Linux] When the screen is cut off when installing CentOS in VirtualBox

If the screen is cut off when installing CentOS in VirtualBox

I tried installing CentOS on VirtualBox

I installed CentOS on VirtualBox yesterday (December 16, 2020), but I wasn't sure if it was installed properly.

Why didn't you understand?

This is because when I installed CentOS, the screen was cut off and I couldn't click the part I wanted to set.

I searched on google

After a search, I wasn't quite sure what it was in the first place, but I found that it was a resolution issue that caused the screen to be cut off!

How do I specify the resolution when installing CentOS?

It seems that you can specify the resolution when installing CentOS, and you can write it as resolution = 1440x900 as shown in the above figure.

Even if you paste the screen in the middle of installation, it may be difficult to understand, but the screen was not cut off and you could set the part you want to set!

However, as the installation progressed, the display became smaller again! (What do you mean……)

With this, you can't click the system restart button after the installation is complete.

I was able to respond to this button by pressing (Alt + R) on the keyboard, and I was able to boot CentOS safely!

The screen is a little small, but ...
